Mackay based, Bowen Basin focused
Eden Industries was formed in Mackay in 2021, and the Bowen Basin is where the business built its reputation. Almost everything we do — high voltage reticulation, switchgear, cable jointing, electric drive fleet support and full electrical scopes — was developed servicing the mining and industrial operations across this region.
That matters more than it sounds. A contractor flown in for a scope learns the site on your time. Our crews mobilise from within the region, hold current inductions for the sites they work on, and have usually seen the fault you are describing before, on a similar asset, a few valleys over.
It also means response times that are measured in hours rather than days. When a joint fails at 2am on a site three hours from Mackay, we are already the closest team with the tickets to touch it.
