Electrical contracting
Simple systems and complex ones, handled the same way
Electrical contracting covers the majority of what Eden Industries does day to day: designing, installing, testing and commissioning the electrical systems that a site runs on. That ranges from a single distribution board through to a full plant installation with engineered drawings, hazardous area equipment and a commissioning program behind it.
The work is delivered as one scope rather than a set of packages. Engineering and design, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning and the documentation that follows are handled by the same team, which means the drawings match what was built, the test records match the drawings, and there is one organisation to call when something needs revisiting. On sites where the electrical scope sits on the critical path, that continuity is usually worth more than the day rate.
- Eden Industries works to Australian Standards across mining, industrial and commercial sites.

Benefits
What that means on site
- The drawings match the asset
Design, installation and documentation sit with one team. The as-builts describe what was actually built.
- Work planned around production
Scopes built around isolations, permits and shutdown windows on sites that are still running.
- Compliance evidenced, not assumed
Test and commissioning records produced as part of the scope, in a form that satisfies site systems.
- The people who installed it answer the call
Breakdown support from the team that built the system, not from a set of drawings and a guess.
testimonials
Supplier of choice across the Bowen Basin
"Scope, install, test, commission — all through one point of contact. Nothing fell between contractors and I wasn't chasing three parties for documentation."
Daniel Collins
Maintenance Manager
"We'd been clearing the same fault for months and putting the truck straight back on. Industries went through the history and found what was actually causing it. Availability came up and it stayed up."
Michael Turner
Site Superintendent
"The HV termination work came back with full test records the first time. We didn't have to send anything back for rework before it went to the client."

How the work runs
From quotation to handover
01
Scope and quotation
We confirm site requirements, define the scope and provide an accurate quotation—establishing constraints, shutdown windows and access needs upfront.
02
Engineering and design
Drawings, load calculations and documentation are approved before procurement, resolving issues early when they are easiest to fix.
03
Installation and testing
Installed by experienced tradespeople to the approved design, with systems tested and results documented throughout.
04
Commission & Handover
Systems are energised, verified and commissioned, with the site team briefed and all as-built, test and compliance records issued together.
