On a Pilbara Komatsu electric drive fleet, recurring electrical faults were being cleared the fast way — swap the component, return the truck to service, wait for it to happen again. The faults kept coming back because nothing had been done about what caused them.
Eden Industries took the opposite approach. Our team worked through the fault history, traced the recurring failures back to their root causes, and corrected the underlying conditions rather than the symptoms.
Fleet availability rose from 86.7% to 91.1% within six months, and the same faults stopped returning to the workshop.
